well /polpol/ its officially happening, i am sure you've heard about it, this is going to be another media shitstorm and no doubt innocent white people will suffer as a result.
http://www.nytimes.com/2015/04/08/us/south-carolina-officer-is-charged-with-murder-in-black-mans-death.html?_r=0i dont see him being convicted of murder, nigger grabbed for the taser.
also, anyone else think the video looks fake? i mean, i doubt that this is an orchestrated event, but the person filming is so nonchalant, and just so happens to turn on camera at the exact time to catch the nig running but not early enough to film the struggle.
also the cops seem so indifferent to his presence.
idk, probably not a false flag, but it crossed my mind.

People want to get their 'justice' their payback,
compensation, relief, return on their investment.
What investment you may ask?
Why, the investment of white guilt, this downward-spiral
will only stop when there's mass movements against it
or when they win.

Let's not fool ourselves into thinking that this officer was thorough, mature or tactful; it was just another one of those young power trippers happening to run into the wrong person who doesn't comply just because you yell the same thing in their face over and over.

We all know if this video didn't exist, the cop and his two buddies would have had a narrative nobody would question. The cops planted evidence after using lethal force like it was NOTHING. They would have just lied to the public, on the witness stand, etc; painted the victim as the aggressor, just to cover their own murder.
Who is to say this isn't the norm, and cops aren't doing this shit all the time and have been for the last 100 years? We would never know. And the only reason we know NOW is that everybody has an iPhone.
Maybe this is just how cops always are, and have always been. Just murdering people like it was nothing, and lying about it. I would say if anything gives the blacks a right to chimpout, it's this realization.

The video editing was biased as fuck. There was a slomo of the cop dropping the taser exclaiming "OMG PLANTING EVIDENCE HE DINDUNUFFIN" and casually doesn't focus on the cop picking up the "planted evidence" again. It isn't planted evidence if you don't leave it there.

>>10220Correct. The thing that's so scary about this situation is that all the leftists have found their smoking gun, their "evidence" of an epidemic of white cops killing black men (even though statistics say otherwise). The cop definitely shouldn't have shot him and now he has potentially undone the position of authority non-SJWs had over the issue.
My guess is that the cop got tired of dealing with blacks and snapped in a fit of rage. Then he realized he murdered someone and knew he was fucked.
Interestingly enough, when I first read the NYTimes article about the shooting, they mentioned the officer could face the death penalty. I've seen countless articles on the NYT about how the death penalty is wrong, how it kills more minorities, how it has killed innocents, etc. Now all of the sudden it seems like they're almost implying that the death penalty is what this officer deserves. It seems like a "dog whistle" tactic; saying to whites "you're time is coming".
I just looked through the article and it seems like the death penalty reference was removed.

I think the aspect of this whole thing is that he freaked out because he didn't want to go back to jail for unpaid child support. I know Tyrones don't like to raise their kids and whatever, but you people have to realize some shit.
You can get slapped with child support and you have ZERO RECOURSE once you get it. If you lose your job and don't pay, you can lose your license. Now you can't drive to go find a job, so you can't pay your child support, they issue a warrant for your arrest, so now you're in jail. Different states keep you in for various amounts of time, but it doesn't matter because you can't get a job while you're in jail so you can't pay your child support. Now you're homeless because you can't find a job, so you can't pay your child support etc etc.
This story is an extreme but it's not unheard of.
Now you're in a never ending hamster wheel of poverty and incarceration, and if you're like 75% of men, SHE LEFT YOU and took your kids.
In Hilary's America, this is probably the future for us all. And they'll tell us it's our privilege.

That's just a name.
The rule means what I just fucking said it means. Wrestling for that taser, even if that took place, would only mean the guy was maybe "unarmed and dangerous", it does NOT mean "there was probable cause to believe that his escape would have resulted in death or serious injury to the officer or others"
There are NO OTHER acceptable circumstances for shooting a fleeing, unarmed suspect under US law. Period.
You should try reading then case, THEN reading the relevant laws. Cuz y'know, that helps.
Even on a common sense level, have all these other cases taught you nothing? Cops don't charge their own with murder lightly.
