This board is a middle ground for /pol/ and /tech/. It's a place for discussing politics and technology, and a place for /pol/ users to learn about technology to keep their privacy and security intact.

The rules are minimal.

1. Post about technology and operational security

2. Spoiler NSFW material (Libbie is a meh)

3. Follow the global rules

4. No Discord links. EVER

This may be painfully obvious for some, but can any anons recommend a good VPN provider? I'm a bit of a Jew when it comes to paying for shit generally, and I'm not very technologically literate.

Also feel free to expand on other ways to protect privacy to a technewfag.

>Shalom Goyim. I've made threads about my idea over at /pol/, but now I've been made aware of this board I think the subject is more /poltech/. I think it would be a fun and interesting experiment to create a makeapp for jews, a real life jewdar for android and iOS.

>Currently empty git where I will add scripts and data https://gitgud.io/J-AI

I've been running experiments on a data set collected from previous /pol/ threads, accuracy isn't always amazing, but the huge variability between batches (50-89%) that doesn't go down after about 2k training steps, suggests that the issue lies in the data and not the model itself. It isn't that large (around 21k images, 10k of each category). But with a modern facial recognition net, mobilenet_v2 in this instance, I think a cleaning of the dataset and transfer learning will be enough to yield pretty good results, if it's possible to tell your sexuality with 90% certainty from a face image it should be pretty easy to spot if you are jewish or not.

That's where /pol/ comes in, the data needs to be cleaned by people that are experienced at spotting the nose. Ideas like splitting men and women (can be automated) and increasing the granularity of the categories (instead of jews/gentiles you would have all the major ethnic groups) should improve accuracy a lot.

Before any major work is done I think a discussion about this is a good idea.

>First of all, how many images should be in each pack? 500 seems reasonable since my script sorts the images based on a single keyboard press, you can get through them pretty fast.

>Second, what kind of granularity should we use? Only major ethnic groups "jews, whites, arabs, blacks, asians" or more granular?

>Third, which model to use as a basis? Mobilenet_v2 seems to perform pretty well but since it isn't supposed to be a real time detector we can use some more demanding nets (keep in mind the limited power most phones have though)

000000  No.698

>people that are experienced at spotting the nose

That's the issue though - I've had this idea myself. But there are retards that think the Fuhrer himself was a kike, and equally retarded types that think a half-Black half-Jewish Rabbi shitposting is totally organic. Basically, obtaining a valid training set in one step is just impossible IMO, how would you judge it unless you somehow had confirmed kike posts to measure the individual scores against?

Closest thing I've come up with is to try and find enough instances where, say JIDF haven't changed flags, a /leftypol/ user has gloated on a thread, that time Shareblue got doxxed mid-thread on half/pol/ etc. If you could scrape together enough to at least create a filter for "Probably actual /pol/ anon" and "Probably a shill of some sort", that'll be a good starting point. From there, maybe try and do things like isolate interests (like /poltech/ posting styles) or home boards (like "/b/ user, /sci/ user"). Eventually, maybe, you'll arrive at a specific method of identifying kikes and general trolls. From there a tampermonkey script or something would be nice….

Filtering reddit out would be another good start. Look for keyword clustering on their little Reddit-isms, like "you must be fun at parties", "cringe", that type of thing.

000000  No.699

Disreagrd that, I suck cocks - tired and thought you meant text mining. Yeah, just split on known-good kikes & non-kikes, train, done. Again, wouldn't trust any dataset tagged by /pol/ in general though, see above.

So, since you carefully follow the "us vs them" agenda you don't get banned for spamming but when I make posts pointing out the lie, that the "us vs them" mentality of "left vs right" or "Nazi vs Jew" is all just a lie and a way to keep us all divided and weak (The Agenda) I get a ban.

I have been hitting whiskey and eggnog and hammering through this shit and it's time to post the guide for your very own cloud server

Why would you want your very own cloud server in your home?

Why to avoid the fuckign FBI and jews sniffing at your shit when you just want to sync your hitler webms and rare pepes across your computers without some jew middleman eating up your internet

It's super fuckin nice to just come hope, run the server and have your laptop automatically upload some shit to your Desktop or some other shit like a tablet.

but were gonna focus on getting you set up so that you can sync your desktop and laptops for now and it's even secure for public wireless, lets get fucking started because this should not take an hour

oh and I'll make a nice PDF of it later but I really wanted to share this with you guys

OK, let's get a real guide for a real cloud hypervisor solution going here.

You have two choices. I'm only going to overview one. Those choices are:

A) Joyent's Triton SmartOS

B) Joyent's Triton Smart DataCenter

Option A is what I will overview. Quickly though, option B is what you'd actually use to roll out an actual cloud with real hardware. SDC images require at least 16GB RAM, whereas I've gotten SmartOS alone running on under a gig. SDC is SmartOS plus all of Joyent's cloud infrastructure glue and utilities they open sourced. Once the hardware is installed and wired up, bootstrapping your datacenter into a Joyent cloud with SDC shouldn't take more than an hour if you've done it a few times already.

Now, on to SmartOS.

SmartOS is a hypervisor which boots off persistent media. It is very unique, and seems like a cross between TAILs, Qubes, and Docker. It does not use the Linux kernel, and instead uses a real [descendant of] UNIX called Illumos. Illumos comes with DTrace, Zones, ZFS, SMF, Crossbow, KVM, and more! Illumos' bloodline has had these technologies for a decade, and GNU/Linux as only played catch-up with sub-par reinventions like containers/Docker, btrfs, and systemd, all because of a case of NIH syndrome.

SmartOS gets imaged to optical or flash media, and is inserted into the system which is to house the various Zones/VMs. On first boot, it will walk you through a 10-or-so question configuration wizard. Once complete, it reboots and drops you to a login prompt. You log in as root, and you are now in the Global Zone. From here, you'll get acquainted with vmadm, imgadm, dladm, nictagadm, ipadm, svcadm, svcs, and a whole bunch of other commands under each of those commands' man page "See Also" sections. The idea here is you pull [or in the future when less baby-crawl, create] stub/base images with imgadm from Joyent's repository, then you create virtual machines where you reference the image_uuid of the images you want to use to bootstrap Zones/VMs. You'll use Post too long. What's so bad about Manjaro? Been on it for a few years now and never had a problem.

Base is bloated, but I have space.

789610  No.680

Not >>637 but…

* Bloat (This not only affects your storage space/amount of free RAM, but this can also create new security holes that you wouldn't otherwise have)

* Incompetent and inexperienced developers (For example, they couldn't be bothered to renew their website's SSL cert. Then they made this same mistake two years in row)

* Manjaro is supposed to be stable distro. They do this by taking packages from ArchLinux and then testing them for X amount of time before pushing them to Manjaro's repositories. In effect, this means that bugs don't get fixed as soon as they get fixed in ArchLinux. These bugs can include security fixes (it's entirely up to Manjaro's developers to keep up with ArchLinux) And if you want to make a stable distribution, then you absolutely should not base your distro on a Rolling release/Bleeding edge distro, like ArchLinux.

The tl;dr version is that Debian and real Arch are way better.

000000  No.689

MXLinux has a habit of installing systemd as a dependency when you install certain packages.

The Mediterranean race (sometimes Mediterranid race) is one of the sub-races into which the Caucasian race was categorized by most anthropologists in the late nineteenth to mid-twentieth centuries.

According to various definitions, it was said to be prevalent in Southern Europe and Southeast Europe, in Western Asia, in North Africa, in the Horn of Africa, in Central Asia, in Latin America (through Spanish, Portuguese, Italian, French and Lebanese ancestry), and in certain parts of the British Isles and Germany.

It is characterized by medium to tall stature, long (dolichocephalic) or moderate (mesocephalic) skull, a narrow and often slightly aquiline nose, prevalence of dark hair and eyes, and pink to reddish to light or dark brown skin tone; olive complexion being especially common.

It is totally idiotic for Nordics to consider the Mediterranean race (Including Greece, South Italy - Sicily, Lebanon, Egypt, Malta etc.) as racially inferior.

The Mediterranean races are with no doubt the creators of civilisation. The Ancient Greeks, The Ancient Egyptians, the Phoenicians, Cathrage, The Romans, Assyrians and even the Ethiopians were the ones that created culture, democracy and science including mathematics, astronomy, physics and medicine.

For the Greeks and Romans, Germanic and Celtic peoples were often stereotyped as wild red haired barbarians. While the Med. people were prosperous the Germanic and Celtic tribes were living in caves, later on they improved to savagely launch attacks on the great empires of the med. - The Roman and the Byzantine.

You may argue that the Greeks are considered aryans. This is wrong because: Firstly Aristotle argued that the Greeks were an ideal race because they possessed a medium skin-tone, in contrast to pale northerners and black Africans. Secondly your beloved Nazi "ideologists" and "intelectuals" considered the Greeks members of the mediterranean race, which they considered inferior to the Aryan - They were wrong ofcourse - Just compare the Greek Civilization with the Nordic "civilization" and make your own rational (please!) conclusions.Post too long. got a project for downloading anime automaticly.

>a machine running linux

>an External HDD (Optional if internal is 3 times the size of the files for the expected anime storage necessary)

>flexget software for linux

>deluge for linux

>owncloud server and client

I've got it set up on a small PC using stock antiX, I think, and it was working so well with this season of anime that once I got it set up that I kinda forgot about it except that I know I need to make a guide with details for it to help other anons automate their anime downloads.

The process is simple, FlexGet checks RSS feeds for anime torrent sites, sends the magnet or torrent file to deluge with some extra commands if you want, then once the download is done the file is moved to the owncloud file folder where the client end syncs to the server end on the same computer and then every computer in your house with a client connected to the server automatically downloads the anime files that are ready like dropbox does.

Need to make a good guide for it but I'm waiting for the season change.

NYT has a 'tipline' for "fake news," and we're going to give it to them.

Step 1: fill the Payload folder with images of fake news. Or pictures of gore. Whatever.

Step 2: setup.py or whatever . . . this should manage your dependencies. There aren't very many.

Step 3: python3 tattletale.py -t

[python3 tattletale.py -h for help]

important options:

* -p (use random proxy)

*-t use tor

*-d set delay timer

*-b ???

You have now launched a firefox web browser that will continuously upload "tips" of fake news with links to over 100K NYT articles. Help them fight fake news by tipping them off to fake news . . . the NYT itself.
