What some posters here cant seem to grasp is the concept that /pone/ is it's own entity. We are not /mlp/. We don't want to be and we don't need to.
/pol/ and /pol/ board culture elements are hardwired into the system of /pone/, even moreso than ever on /mlp/.
People need to regard /pol/ not as a threat, but as an opportunity. We give you something to feel, something to talk about. Something that makes you feel human and gives you a shred of self respect that you at the very least know and care about some relevant things besides tight ponuts.
Without /pol/, you would have even less than of what you already have and this board would fester even harder into oblivion than it already does. We don't want to destroy you. We want to aid you. Make you stronger and aware of the world you live in. You are not a manchild. You are a responsible citizen and you deserve to be treated as such.
If you came here with the expectation to find a brony sandbox spoon feeding you 2011 memery with a happy go lucky mindset, you should reconsider your choices and look for another place.
