Hey /poverty/, I will be moving out with a friend of mine to an apartment soon. We will both likely be making around minimum wage when we rent it. I would like to know what I should look for in an apartment so I don't end up wasting money. I'd also like to know what sort of hidden fees usually come with an apartment.
