How are you gonna get the court to believe your were being harassed? Also, you'll have to pay a fuckton for the lawyer and other legal fees so you it's very likely you will still have debt to pay off to the credit card companies.

check out some underground tax advice lawyers. this was a technique many used for Gubmint debt for years. now that uncle scam took over student loans you can not bankrupt out. You can get a internship for senator and they can absolve it all as a job perk however.
