Has anyone ever done this? The idea is that you get together as a group to increase your purchasing power and get lower prices than if you all bought stuff individually.
This is maybe more /thrifty/ than /poverty/, apologies if this grinds any gears.

this is basically what costco does but they're a large company doing it. This only really works if the entire group is in on the system and no one is a complete slag.

I wish costco worked for me, but its easier to go to the dollar store.
