Pic related is a plant called plantain that you have probably seen even in the city, in parks and on peoples' lawns. What's good about it is that it works for the kind of shit that happens to you when you're already outside: Slivers and bee stings. Just mash it up (chew it up) and press it on to the spot where you have the sliver/sting. I used it when I got a wasp bite, since it was right near by, unlike any other medicine that could have helped.
The use I see it most commonly connected with is drawing out slivers. Put plantain on the affected area, cover with a bandage, and after a few hours you should be able to pull the sliver out more easily.

When do Chefs and Doctors Buy Generic?
http://www.npr.org/blogs/money/2014/07/25/334459041/when-do-chefs-and-doctors-buy-genericShop like a Pharmacist: Don't buy Advil
http://news.yahoo.com/shop-pharmacist-dont-buy-advil-143000284.htmlThe basic gist of the above articles is that on alot of medicines, people buy the brand because they don't know what the active ingredients are. Doctors tend to go with generics more often than the average customer, simply because they know the active ingredients.

https://www.askthedoctor.com/This is a website where you can ask a medical question (or browse others) and in about a week a doctor will answer you for free. You can also pay for a faster answer but it's a little steep. (I think it was $50 for an answer within the hour and $30 for five hours, and no other options). Anyway I have asked a couple questions there and they replied after about 5 days with a pretty detailed answer.

If you're a poorfag and have to go to ER, most hospitals have assistance programs in place. You fill out a form and the level of assistance they give you is based on how poor you are. I'm in a bad place financially right now, and I got 100% assistance for an $800 E.R. bill. I would've been covered if I'd needed surgery, too.

>>583Drinking green tea regularly is good for your immune system and your guts and prevents headaches. It's cheap if you buy tea-bags in bulk and just pour over boiling water and drink. If you don't get ill, you don't need medicine :)

Also if you don't like Green Tea I sometimes melt a bit of Coconut Oil and add a teaspoon to my Green Tea since there are loads of health benefits to Coconut Oil.
