I mean, what's a game that creates the best illusion. Be it the focus of the game is being a girl, or an MMO where people will treat you like one. Either of those examples you gave are good.

I had really good experiences with World of Warcraft concerning real people. Offline Dragon Age and Mass Effect were okay, but gender isn't often recognized in either of those.

Fallout 3 was okay when it comes to this general idea, too.
