Do what >>92 said, this way you'll get to know what you're comfortable with and you'll really be able to "be yourself" but as a girl. If you go to sites that require a profile make sure you 1) get good ones for what you're trying to do (cute, slutty, etc) and 2) edit them so they won't show anything in reverse image searches.

Some basic tips

-Don't be too slutty immediately, this is usually a dead give away

-Practice makes perfect

-Don't worry about being called out on it, always remember there are hundreds more gullible guys ready to fall at your feet, and they can't know who you are; the worst you'll end up with is another name on the block list

-Make sure you can't be dox'd

You don't need photoshop.

-flip the photos with paint

-add a few subtle pixel deviations with the pencil

Don't know if 'the best' but I used to use it. Some people upload loops to youtube, you can just search for.

Unfortunately on Omegle it always displays 'Stranger might be using a simulated webcam' etc, and people will ask you to wave. Don't know what use it will have beyond that.
