Emacs with extensions:

- SLIME for Common Lisp

- CIDER for Clojure

- Geiser for Guile or Racket

- paredit and rainbow-delimiters for everything

- inf-ruby.el for Ruby that was a joke

For other flavors of LISP, plain ol' Emacs still beats any other editor for editing Lisp.
