thenewboston is shit. i would recommend reading c primer plus. its the book that i used years ago and possibly the best book on c for beginner programmers.

Getting into C is not esay, specially if you're on windows. There is no easy way to get on it other than coding and understanding what you do as you go.

thenewboston tutorials in C are not that good, its just:

Also, an important thing is knowing your learning style and find resources that suits your learning style.
