Since the rule thread is locked I am asking for some clarification and info here. Will the revamp include refined rules like when /drugs/ got new management?

Plants that contain controlled substances are not illegal to grow unless the plant itself is a controlled substance or there is intent to use it for its drug content. May we discuss growing psychedelic plants for decorative purposes?
What about what about legal use of psychedelics protected by the religious freedom restoration act and gonzales v. UDV?

The only thing that would be illegal to post to this board would be an advertisement for unlawful sale of a controlled substance, but even that would not be enforced unless we got on a DEA shit list above the hundreds of weed stores advertising in newspapers. I agree we shouldn't allow real life connects for illegal drugs, but why can't we just tell would-be buyers lrn2darknet (or lrn2legaldrugs) then lock their thread?

I personally hope not. If it is though, maybe we should start off with a bigger /drugs/ board first? My thinking goes: if that gets a frequent user-base, then one can branch off into sub-boards like this. Seems like this place isn't getting as much traffic as one would hope, eh?
