REG_WARS.zip is are DIY manuals for regedit.exe (the registry editor). You can use regedit to hack into the root of your system and if you know what you are doing, you can do pretty much anything. However these manuals help you remove stuff like Remote Desktop (which makes a computer more vulnerable to hacking, and Auto-updates and such).

CCleaner is similar to bleachbit only you can manually program it to bleach whatever you want, not just the default stuff.
