I would be fine with the rule being lifted for female fights though. For them, there's no reason to target the crotch because there's no balls there, so eliminating the rule doesn't give any advantage.
Of course, we'd all be really horny because there'd be so much more footage of women getting hit in the crotch and brushing it off like it's nothing :)
