Since we're neutral, we could serve as mediators for the peace talks on Earth's side. We can use Robert to demonstrate Black Elementi's effects and possibilities.

Colonel Leroy, a high ranking officer from our world, he helped discover advances in Elementi combat, such as the E-Cartridge, a bullet that has a small coil on the inside that can store Elementi.
