You were a simple resident of Colony Titan-IV, until that day. June 29th, 2801, by the old earth-calender. A meteor storm, somehow unforseen, crashed through the shielding of the colony dome and left hundreds dead. Your family dead, and your sibling vanished, you were brought into an orbital hospital frigate and operated on. Some of your organs and bones had to be replaced, leaving you as a T-human.
In debt, and physically suited to piloting an Active Armor, the 20 meter tall humanoid weapons employed by the modern militaries, several sponsors offered to cover the medical costs in exchange for your enlistment. The PMC Union, a guild of military contractors, were one. The United Terran Nations, the government controlling earth, were another. The third was the Trans-Human Advancement Research Society, a group dedicated to what they see as a perfect future. Order, money, or idealism. But there was a fourth, in secret to the others. The Neo-Terran Republic, a terror group dedicated to the end of space colonization and a full return to a renovated earth.
So: which did you choose, what is your age(10 to 30), gender, name, and where between Construction, Systems, Tuning, and Complexity in the building stat set, and Control, Reactions and Accuracy in the fighting stat set do you distribute 14 points? First response takes fluff and first 4 points, second post gets to spend the remaining ten
Picture is just an eyecatch/unrelated shit because files aren't being cooperative on my phone.

>>4465Nomiki, a 23 year old growth tech. His job was to help ensure that the few agra rooms that were under his purview kept working hard and strong. With a much closer bond with his father the would often spend time in the combat sims, trying to master his control and accuracy. Much like his old man used to say "A large gun from a long distance is much better than anything else when it comes to combat. Once you get close enough to make out the lines on their face if they are any good you will already be dead." As far his personal ideals go, he believes that one central government will ensure that as little excess violence happens as possible. He 100% supports the UTN and even wanted to go so far as move and work at one of their major farms later in life.

>>4467This isn't actually exactly an armored core game, just a game where the point is building and piloting a robot. Stats are used to determine your mech's stats, and how well you pilot it.
>>4468Newly added to the UTN military, you begin your training in the labs and simulators, honing your fine motor skills and ability to remain calm. Training on long and super-long range weapons as well as high-thrust units slowly increases your familiarity with both the basic training system and three weapons of your choice, in specific, which will be included on your first Active Armor, once you build it.
Next, post the allocation of the remaining ten points, then the 3 weapons your Active Armor will be equipped with. Don't post specific models, rather use types, such as Sniper Rifle, SMG or Heat Lance. On your first day in the mess hall after accustoming yourself to the training labs and simulations, you are greeted by a group of three other recruits. The first two, twin girls with short-cropped brown hair and stern faces simply sit down, nodding, but the third, a blond male with an a cheerful demeanor, claps you on the shoulder as he sits beside you. "Heya, friend. You've got the look of a colony kid. Where'd you filter in from, huh?" His hair is the longest you've seen so far, and somewhat messy, layering over his green eyes. Several thin, metallic scars are barely visible on his forehead, signs of some sort of psy-implant, and likely the reason for his non-standard choice of hairstyle. One of the girls across from you looks up at him, giving an exaggerated sigh.

>>4465Going off of the "A large gun from a long distance is much better than anything else when it comes to combat." background, it would prob be safe to say he would get a sniper rifle, if there was a choice, Energy. A Hyper Launcher would also prob be a good bet. Might also be a good idea to get a Heat Pile for a just in case.

>>4469Thinking to himself, (Huh, you don't really see people just coming out a being this friendly anymore) Lightly shrugging off the shoulder while going for some of the salad that he grabbed, Nomiki says, "Yeah I am, is it that obvious?" Taking a second the chew on the food, "What about you? You kinda stand out from the crowd in this place" Smiling a bit.

>>4613The man chuckles, holding a palm against the side of his head. "Oh, me? Just some earthy. Service runs in the family, and my ma woulda killed me if I'da wasted the gift they got me when I was little. Plus…" he leans in, speaking in a conspiratorial stage whisper, "these fine ladies dragged me along, you know? Said they'd die of loneliness without my rugged charm." The girl on the left's face tenses as she saws pointedly into the meat on her plate. The one on the right, however, blushes slightly, and begins to eat faster.
Split 2 points between armor, endurance, and force (the physical power of the mech, used for melee and lifting), 3 points between energy, capacity, and output, and 3 points between speed, mobility, and field strength.
