Lets play some civ. first, my english can be shitty at times. sec, it wont be run in any particular hours, all the things you post will be considered in next update. my timezone is GMT+1.

we will use 1d10 for mundane things, but i can sometimes ask for 2d10, first roll to determine if we managed to achieve our goal, secound one to determine consequences. for example:
>researching fire magic
>rolled 10 and 1
>half of village is destroyed in one great fireball, you got bonuses for fire mages for a duration of x years and you gain a mage hero.
this will be mainly used for research.

religion, culture and race will be very important. system for them is too complicated, and i made my notes in my home tongue so yeah, lets keep it a secret.

i tried to make a system for magic, but i ended with something more confusing then gloranthan pantheon genealogy. basically, if you want to research some magic, you must first start with researching basics. then you are free to make any category of magic, and it will be interlocked in weird ways with other categories.
>research fire magic, learn fireball
>destructive magic learned
>destructive fire magic obtained
also religion and culture will have influence on what spells you can use and will give you bonuses to particular branches:
>viking knock off, worship water deity
>huge penalties to fire magic, bonuses to water magic, special spells for traveling on the sea.

so, if rules are clear, lets get started.

Choose your race i suggest human. only humanoid species, not some centaur bullshit.
you can also choose subrace. you can play drow or nigger.

choose starting religion from the following list:
>druidism
>ancestral worship
>shamanism

do you have culture of your own or are you a part of something bigger? additionally, on what real world culture could yours be based

choose one hero. mages are considered heroes no matter what, but normal priests are not. you can still pick prophet as a hero. otherwise no other limitations

choose terrain. additionally, you can choose how much space given terrain takes

and lastly, choose difficulty level:
>low
>hard
>very fucking hard
>dante must die

first party found a river nearby, its very big and they couldnt pass it. its 6 hours away from your current settlement.

secound party found nothing, just more forests. they managed to shoot down some prey though

So we have a water supply. Forest can provide us with wood, meat, animal hides, and berries. That's definitely a start.

Let's split into two groups. First one is going to start building an encampment somewhere between the forest and the river, where we could be fairly close to both.

The second group, consisting of 20 men, will follow the third party, and investigate the area. They should proceed with caution.
