ok so this request may seem a little more complicated than the usual

im looking to convert .swf animation frames from flashes like these:

into individual images

I have swf decompilers but i dont know how to use them, so any attempts to extract these frames myself, have been met with unwanted sprites and other chunks of the flash clipping onto the image

any guidance or help would be greatly appreciated

and if you're interested, i would be more than happy to share with you what im working on
