I've got a desk next to this guy at work and I need to vent

He started in December

Cannot stand the guy

You'd think that I was working for a real estate company because he spends hours talking on the phone about his houses and apartments every day

He laughs so loud it hurts my ears, and he laughs often and for no reason

Somebody asks how his day is going? PRETTY GOOD HAHAHAHHA

He chews gum constantly

Yawns and burps constantly

Scratches his crotch constantly

He eats three meals a day at his desk- usually apples, potato chips, soup he can slurp on, a jar of peanut butter that he rubs on his gums and while making lip smacking noises

He pisses on the toilet seat and leaves it

He has the most foul smelling shits and the bathroom is unenterable after he uses it

He plays rap music at his desk or watches gameshows without headphones on

When the boss tells him to do something he doesn't want to do he whines until she lets him have it his way

He throws trash in the paper only bin

He keeps offering me shitty food as if he's being nice and then says "I wasn't sure about this so you can be my taste tester HAHAHHAHA"

Naturally he makes twice as much money as me.

Oh shit he's so annoying I forgot to mention some of the shit he does

He has his 3 (!) cellphones on max volume always- and he has it set so that it makes that clicking noise as he texts.

If he's making on of his 20 daily personal calls and get put on hold he leaves it on speakerphone and calls somebody else while he waits

He takes his shoes off and walks around in his socks

He just called his girlfriend so that he could sing happy birthday to her

Thank god he leaves an hour early every day.

Have you tried politely letting him know about the things that annoy you? It's likely that he isn't aware of them and would probably change if he knew that he annoys those around him.
