I like to think of myself as a life-engineer (therapist, coach, psychoanalyst, blah blah) in training. Unlike regular therapists I'm not mentally deficient and actually understand shit.

I need practise, from messaging to voice call (skype). May talk on this thread some as well.

Voices in schizo don't interact in response to how people want them to and they are typically based off of significant feelings towards people or events, especially repetitive or negative things people have said.

Phone sex with voices might be possible if you were to hear phone sex conversations repeatedly under intense feelings or during a deeply traumatic time period, although engineering such a situation would be difficult let alone one that would guarantee that outcome.

I can offer help with treating psychotic symptoms however, the kind of help that isn't pills but based off science. Yes, recent honest studies show most psych medication doesn't work for most people and is essentially a scam to rake in millions for international multi million dorra pharma companies.

when i get angry i get tunnel vision, everything turns red and then i black out. last time it happened i ended up in jail. its been almost 10 years since then and i avoid people so it doesnt happen. can it be fixed
