For basic conversations it helps a lot when you are sneaky and manage to listen in on what the normalfags are talking about. Stupidass "watercooler talk" stuff like weather, sports, TV, celebs etc. is most times an easy mode to default to.

When you have no idea what to say at all, best to just keep all you say concise and factually and listen more than speaking.

Practice smiling in front of a mirror or a cam, cams being the far better option since you can review it better.

Smiling in a noncommittal way and nodding is often the best reply to people who just want to complain about their shit without really needing any answer.

I will tell you the secret. Most women (who have not had children) are insecure deep down. This is biological and genetic, men have testosterone and about 40,000 of social conditioning for self-confidence and leadership. Women who have not had children seek a man with testosterone and self-confidence.

Here is the problem, and since I don't want to make assumptions about any of you fine anons I will use myself as an example. I am naturally a needy person because of childhood abandonment issues. I want to be held, comforted etc. Guess what, women want to be comforted too and they don't want to do any of the comforting. This is why despite what women might say, men crying or having emotional problems is not attractive. How can a needy man with his own issues comfort anyway? I didn't have loving parents, and now that I am an adult man no woman will comfort me, which means this is an experience I will NEVER get to have. Ever.

For vast majority of species with sexual reproduction it's the female that selects the mate. If a man wants a mate, he has to do the things that women find attractive and not do the things women find unattractive. That's life.

So you can either get over whatever problems or issues exist in your own life that cause women to consider you a loser (which is generally emotional neediness) or you can be alone.
