Talk to her and before you leave be like, "I could use some coffee, you like coffee? let's get some coffee.", as in make it an imperative, not just a suggestion of,"Oh hey, can we maybe get a coffee, if you're free that is"?

Remember, you're in charge. Treat women like they're children. Don't pass decisions on to her. Obviously don't get uppity and act like she's your prisoner either.

Here is my advice. First of all don't plan out any scenarios in your head because there is a 99.999% chance real life will work out entirely differently. Don't think about it. Put it out of your mind entirely. Then, go up to her in a quiet moment where she isn't engaged with friends or distracted and ask in your own sincere and unrehearsed words if she wants to grab a coffee. Not sometime. Not whenever. But at a specific time you mention later that day. This is very important. It has to be an exact time and an exact place. If it is inconvenient for her and she wants to hang out, she will say "oh what about X time/place instead." If she is not interested she will be nice and say "oh not tonight, maybe some other time" and the say "that's cool, you know where to find me" and walk away like a boss.
