>finally fix my sleep schedule

>go to bed at 11

>keep waking up at 4

>cant even sleep anymore

I feel like I'm going crazy. On one hand the fact that I can't sleep means I'm not depressed, by sleeping less than 6 hours every night is making me lose it badly.

I'm jittery, constantly tired, bad moods, my face looks like a fucking Picasso painting.

What do I do?

 No.115598

6 hours is enough sleep, don't know what you're complaining about OP.

It's really not

Can you sleep during the day? Like, sleep those 5 hours, do stuff, and then sleep another two a few hours later. Try a biphasic sleep schedule, might work.

If you changed your sleep schedule recently and forced yourself to sleep too early in relation with what is usual, it's only normal you're going to feel like shit and have trouble getting used to it. You should slightly work to a proper schedule by going to sleep and waking up 1 hour earlier each day. I think your meals are supposed to move accordingly too.

If I sleep during the day I usually can't wake up just after a few hours, it's basically all or nothing

 No.115619

just try to keep a consistent sleep schedule and it should balance itself out after a while

This. It happens to me whenever I get back again to a normal rhythm.

So what you might be doing is actually taking a nap at 23h and waking up from it at 4. Then, because you try to enforce it as your main sleep, you will just feel like shit the rest of the day I'm kinda pulling shit out of my ass at this point, but I think it makes sense.

Either try going back to your original pattern and then pull it back 1 hour at a time every day until you reach the wanted schedule I know this one works,

or just keep forcing the actual pattern of going to sleep at 23h, but even if you wake up at 4h, stay in bed and only go eat breakfast at 7h, you should get used to it eventually.

pic might or might not be related, I don't remember what it says so whatever brah

 No.115742

The time shift messed up my sleep schedule. I was used to waking up roughly when the sun came up. Now have to wake up before the sun comes up. Fuck Daylight Savings Time and the politicians who keep this shitty system in place.

you can't hack your brain you millenial faggot, this isnt some EPIC PROTIP, nigger.

you need to tucker yourself out during the day, by not being a lazy tendie eating fatass.

my protip: try showing some gratitude to your Lord and Creator before you close your eyes at night, and ask for forgiveness for being a complete failure. there isn't one person you haven't let down.

Well, he is not exactly wrong, small physical exercise during the day fapping and clicking your mouse does not count though can help you sleep at night.
