 No.116117

I changed the light blub in my celling fan that had been burned out for over a year. The celling fan is on the celling and badly designed so it's awkward to change it.. but I finally cared enough to do so.

Baby steps, anon.

I think I'm gonna move the weights to my room today and start lifting them. Will report back if I did it.

I wish i could afford weights of my own, combined with the grocery store delivering I could never leave my house again.

I did it!

How much do you squat now?

>tfw change my light bulbs all the time

>tfw still no gf

 No.116239

>>116230

I don't know, I haven't tried squatting. I'm gonna do some research on the best practices because I don't have much experience lifting. All I did today was lift a 10 lbs. dumbell.

>tfw not a big guy

Move the weights…. on your own? I thought those things were supposed to be heavy and difficult to carry. Impressive, anon.

I sure hope you got an LED bulb

This. Im a cashier and I'm surprised how many idiots still buy incadescent bulbs. They are the most inefficient invention ever created by man. What makes me laugh is when they buy the "eco-friendly" or those blue bulbs and think they're going to save money

Good job bro. Keep enjoying the little wins and stay non-judgmental on everything else.

Can you get leds with the same warm colour as incandescent? I use a halogen in my bed room because the cookie is more comfy, less blue.

Of course you can, they've made some serious progress on that front. You can even get them with a color temperature of 4000K to mimic the sun's light, which is warmer than the old CCFLs but cooler than an incandescent.
