>>731One thing he seems to have a hard time comprehending is marketing and distribution. His website's a mess, with seemingly no option to import his films; I can't even be sure if he coded it himself, or if he got the Jewish guttersnipe now handling his public relations (a doctor from New York) to do it for him, which might explain why the website is not developed.
He should really take time to look into that himself. He learned Vegas on his own, as did he with computer hardware, I'm sure he could learn HTML, CSS and some basic PHP and MySQL. I think a clever black could do far better than a Jew in handling his public affairs too; he's being exploited because he hasn't been wisened to this sort of thing, and his good nature is being played.
He also doesn't seem to understand that there are no copyright laws in Uganda because Africans had never indigenously conceived of the concept of intellectual property (that he has the subjunctivity to concern himself with that shows him to be more capable than many Africans), given how little of their own they've actually produced (completely consistent with a country whose average IQ is 78).
He would be one of the few producing much in the way of soft cultural output (films, theatre and cinema; of music, Africans have relative strength). Virtually nobody in Africa produces unique hard cultural output (inventions). That requires a large contingent of 120+s (the floor of hard science proffesionals), which on a distribution that has a mean of 78 and an SD of around 13, would likely be impossibly small. He's basically almost +2S.D. above that average, after which point, less than a couple of percent of all Ugandans share or exceed his IQ.
Hence, there was never any need for intellectual property until recently, where the legal climate of Uganda has fostered a wild west allowing Ramon's films to be stolen with equally wild abandon.
