Jedi Academy is a 32-player first/third-person arena combat game that is best described as Unreal Tournament with lightsabers. Despite coming out nearly 12 years ago, it has a surprisingly active multiplayer.

How do I host a game?
It'll be obvious after setting up GameRanger, so I'm not going to get into that.
Anything else I should know?
There are a lot of mods to install so it can be fairly tedious. If you want to play, make sure that you have all the necessary mods. If you're hosting, make sure you list what mods you are using. I also recommend installing the no CD crack because you will have to keep CD 1 mounted in order to play.

Poll And Rules
For some lame retarded reason, poal.me reset all the results on its polls. As far as I'm concerned, BF2142 was winning, but i don't know what the runner up and third place were. The same goes for midweek poll, it reset but i know JO was in the lead.
Between today and Thursday, we'll be playing joint ops later at a reasonable time when people get back from whatever the shit they're doing. As for the weekend game, we'll keep BF2142 as planned and, in accordance with our current polling rules, the second and third place will be the games set for next weekends. Furthermore, We'll try playing a game for 2 weekends instead of just 1 like we did with BF1942, an idea that i think can work pretty well. I believe that this way, we enjoy it a lot longer and people who didn't manage to catch it the first time has a better chance of jumping into the fray.
IF YOU ARE GOING TO CREATE A POLL FOR RADCORPS
For weekends: We'll play the games in 1st, 2nd and 3rd place on the poll for 2 weekends and then add those to the midweek game list. Once the first of the 3rd place weekend has passed, only then can a new poll be created. It'll give people time to vote for the next 3 games. The weekend game polls always has:

>Title: "Which 3 games would you like to see hosted for the upcoming weekends"
For midweeks: These polls include default poal.me settings and will be created every FRIDAY. They list the games we already played for weekends. The most requested game will be played on that week, generally between Tuesday and Thursday.
TO AVOID MASSIVE SHITPOSTING, THE POLLS WILL BE ANNOUNCED AND POSTED EITHER HERE OR THE STEAM GROUP
I will create events on the steam group to remind everyone when we start playing and to vote in the polls again.

How do I play online?
Depending on the host we might use GameRanger or the in-game server browser.
For GameRanger: download it (http://www.gameranger.com/), make an account, and check for an 8chan room.
For the server browser: Launch Forgotten Hope, go to Multiplay, update the Internet server list and check for an 8chan server.
Password should be: infv
The game may crash while joining or switching maps, if it does just try connecting again – it should work eventually.
How do I host a game?
For GameRanger: Start the game, switch to the mod in the Custom Game menu, go to Multiplay > Create Game, choose your settings, Start Local.
For the server browser (this will expose your IP): Start Forgotten Hope, go to Multiplay > Create Game, choose your settings, Start Internet,

Joint Operations is a multiplayer tactical shooter made by NovaLogic that can handle up to 64 players.

Where can I get the game?
If you want to support NovaLogic, you can purchase the game and it's expansion from NovaLogic's website.

After installing and updating both Joint Operations: Typhoon Rising and it's expansion pack Joint Operations: Escalation,

mp_allowsniperscopezoom = 0 to 1
located in game.cfg inside the root folder for Joint Ops.
As Novalogic disabled sniperzoom in multiplayer for supposly balancing reasons.
