The reason Heisenberg's uncertainty principle exists is that all fundamental particles exist in all dimensions at once, and therefore exist in their corresponding 3D space in all possible positions at all times. Therefore, they can not be measured with any degree of accuracy in our limited understanding of position and momentum.

What I get is:

"The fundamental particles which comprise an object transcend space and time. Therefore, we cannot assess any particular in its entirety, as its properties extend past potential observation."

It sounds familiar to, and supportive of, pantheism.

With global crisis, unemployment, dissatisfaction, poverty and intolerance has increased and with it also nationalism. Political parties with nationalist platforms are rising and gaining more support around the world and Europe is no exception.

In Spain, Italy, and the United Kingdom and across Europe we can see the rise of the right. The financial crisis in the Eurozone and beyond has triggered rising of nationalists and far-right political parties.

The European Commission against Racism and Intolerance (ECRI) on 9th of July released a report about the dramatic increase in anti-Semitism, Islamophobia, online hate speech and xenophobic political discourse as the main trends in 2014.

Nationalism can be positive with legitimacy, promotion of nations and inspiration for citizens or negative by creating tensions between different ethnicity and groups in or outside the country. Some negative aspects of ideology or political movement can be seen in the latest football matches in the Balkans, where supporters of team groups have burned many national flags and hooliganism that is the result of long lasting hatred and nationalism on the ground. Every country has its own history and different positions, but still similarities could be found.

The country all news is regarding to in recent times is Greece. A known slogan “Greece for Greeks” is weIl known in its anti-austerity party. Attacks against minorities and immigrants with racism are seen in one of the European Union (EU) members. Golden Dawn neo-Nazi party is linked to hundreds of violent attacks against minorities.

It is known for anti-immigration, racist-nationalist worldview. With elections being held this year in January the party captured 6.3% of the vote and 17 senate seats in Hellenic parliament and become the country’s third largest party. In 2014 the party won 9.4% of votes in European parliamentary election and with it 3 seats out of 21.

The party has been put on a trial this year for its criminal activity.

Nationalism in Greece has divided citizens and noncitizens to us and them and created the gap between both. With the economic crisis, Greeks debt, overall economic meltdown,Post too long. Click here to view the full text.

Also in neighboring country FYROM (Former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia) “Macedonia” who wants to join the EU and the North Atlantic Organization (NATO), but Greece suggests that this will not happen until they resolve the name issue, right wing party has a lot of influence. A symbolic dispute over the name and heritage of Macedonia is blocking country to joint Euro-Atlantic integration. The country is officially recognized by 120 countries, but it is faced with continued denial of Macedonian identity by its neighbors, Bulgarians, Serbians and Greeks. The leading right political party VMRO-DMNE with more support from public from latest elections is involved in political tensions with opposition that those not approve election results. Fear of nationalism and ethnic suppression is widespread because of the past in a country where 25% of the population are Albanian Muslims, 65% Macedonian Slav and Turks, Roma, Serbs, Vlach and Bosnian minorities. Dissatisfactions have been raised by minority groups, despite Ohrid agreement which should provide equality among different groups. Questions are rising like this one: is Macedonia because of overall situation heading towards extreme nationalism?

Strong nationalism could also be found in Serbia. In the past was support for The Serbian Radical’s leader Vojislav Šešelj, that was accused and indicted by the International Criminal Court (ICT) for Crimes against Humanity and War crimes of former Yugoslavia in the 1990 wars for whom UN prosecutors demanded a 28-year prison sentence and been provisionally released after 11 years based on health problems, a lot stronger than today. The party won in 1992 22.58% of the popular vote and after that in parliamentary elections saw four higher results in 1997, 2003, 2007 and 2008, but in the last two elections did not get into the National Assembly of Serbia. Core ideology was the goal of creating a greater Serbia, opposing to European integration and globalization and regarding Ratko Mladić and Radovan Karadžić as Serbian heroes. The Serbian far-right leader was welcomed as a Serb Hero by hundreds of supporters, which was in neighboring countries seen as a defeat of the judicial system and injustice. With Serbs seeking EU integration nationalism seems to have taken a second place even though the fooPost too long. Click here to view the full text.

I think that resource monopolization effectively dissociates long-term effectiveness of violent activities. Sure, destroying things can send a message, but if someone can choke out the foundations for survival, then that destruction is virtually meaningless and is but a soft croak in a howling thunderstorm of political power and military might. Society is very much an organic composition whose history is written by the victorious.

no reason for money to exist, its designed so that theres not enough to go around. being rich only matters if youre richer than someone else. have a society based around compassion and sharing rather than personal gain. if everybody was perfectly selfless there would be no need to be selfish if everybody was perfectly generous thered be no need to be greedy. its the most efficient system, it is gods system. every wise person in history has known this. not enough to make a change however, just enough to keep the idea alive

>no reason for money to exist

To an extent, I agree with you. I do think that some form of commodity will emerge as a dominating currency or that variances of currency will be utilized in any eventual developing situation.

Today's modern society reflects the history of humanity: the rulers must exist within indulgence, while the slaves rot in the deteriorating and destructive continuance of popular technological stagnation.

>perfectly selfless

I would argue that selfishness is an inherent product of existence and is the core motivator for altruist activities.

I think, rather than focusing upon the duality of give/ take, I think that balance ought to be prioritized upon the furtherance of the individual spirit.

A sort of… compassionate "I scratch your back, you scratch mine" sort of paradigm. One where individuals prosper because the collective has been given a broad enough field for functionality. The more potential we all have, the more progress that I, as an individual, can socially produce.

 No.19[Reply]

What is doubt? Examining the roots of a subject and its veracity are important to taking apart a perceived truth. Information is composed of evolving standards and normalized structures of control. From the novel to the play, from the virtual show to the theater of the streets, data constantly changes hands based upon participating agents.

To doubt is to breath, to damn dominating prevalent structures into oblivion. Unwavering confidence in so-called superior claims has paved historical pathways of horror and plagued countless outcomes of so-called social evolution. Despite historical precedence, we still throw ourselves at the feet of royalty. But is this not the position of sheep?

Skepticism must question all things, including itself. No subject is left untouched, no object can lay undefiled. The piercing gaze of Question persists even outside of present situations.

 No.125

We must continually question all things or else enslave ourselves in the chains of conformist regularity.

 No.126

in the past most people were very naive,

now to make up for it a lot of people are very skeptical.

neither is better or worse, youve got to find balance

a diagram of the universe.

geometry is the first thing that came to be; the first dimension, from the basic rules it laid out came physics, when the forces of physics interact they produce matter; chemistry which eventually produces biology and so on. i think it works from the top down too.

originally there was nothing but void; empty space, untill something in that nothing realised that it was.

that original consciousness then seperated its awareness into the angelic realms, then into spirit then into animals and man etc.

you can overlay a human body over the top of this diagram too and it will line up with the chakras

 No.117

File: 1431352335850.png (17.54 KB, 612x707, 612:707, evolution.png)

there are two fundamental forces that run through everything. yin and yang, + and -, male and female, equilibrium and change, hot and cold etc

this is the duality (2) of god (1). god the father and god the mother; and between them a third force.

this is how conciousness evolves.

if there were only equilibrium, there would only be statis and inertia.

if there were only change there would be nothing to keep the balance and growth would not be possible.

 No.113[Reply]

Following the ousting of Matra and the death of her father, Sha'rza quickly turned her interests into preserving the integrity of those connections she had cultivated. The powers which her father had wielded greatly contributed to his stature and social recognition, but once it was revealed that an openly deteriorating systemic process of resistance was underway, social support began to wane.

The day of his death, the surviving clans within the Disparaged Hai'naz had collectively mourned their great and mighty leader. However, the movement which Matra had been building on the sidelines had their own social and mechanically-hierarchical support. This created apparent social tension, as amongst the Disparaged were outside and inside structural disagreements that threatened the hereditary ruler-ship of Sha'rza's rise to power. Rumors were quickly spread about her ineligibility to fitfully rule, and highly dissenting pamphlets were shared en mass. Open displays of disgust and disrespect towards the Hai'naz Empire were performed by many crowds, with the financial and social encouragement of some of the more prominent members within the dissident movement continuously stirring up conflict.

Anonymously constructed, the notes proclaimed certain calls towards traditional conceptions of the Hai'naz People, sometimes mentioning the social restraining of different ideologies wrought by the hand of Sha'rza's father. They talked about the heavy repression of the Da'vo, Hai'naz Shadow Priests, which often resulted in "societal ostracizing and economical robbery". All relationships of the Da'vo were shunned by Sha'rza's father, which in turn had led to their 2000 year displacement and the societal weakening of their influence. Most importantly, the pamphlets spoke of hidden knowledge concerning Mo'kora, a once legendary and controversial conflict that had, during the early rise of the Hai'naz Empire, created inter-galactic warfare and sparked a massive campaign within the Ka'lo to side with Hai'naz slavers.

another thing ive been thinking about recently is this

imagine you are a huge animal, the size of a planet, that floats through space doing whatever that kind of animal does.

you stumble across a blue planet and being the same size as it you see it with pretty good detail.

you see a ball of hot metal (which is rarefied earth) covered in cooler earth and on the surface there is water, and then surrounding it is an atmosphere containing air.

you look closer and see the earth and water animating themselves into proteins and then those into beautiful forms of plants and animals, inhaling and exhaling the air before collapsing back into the ground after some time.

a beautiful dance of life across its surface.

pretty neat.

 No.107[Reply]

realised some things recently thought id share them.

i read a quote that was something like 'the world we call physical reality is just a dull shadow trailing behind the world of imagination' and this made sense to me;

the universe is expanding, surely it is everything that can be thought to happen happening.

if you dont know about the flower of life; look it up, its very interesting.

imagine your reality; everything you think is possible, as being one circle, and those closest to you (parents, friends etc) each have their own circle of reality that intersects with yours and the venn diagram space inbetween is the objective reality between you.

people talk about a 'matrix' but most dont know what that means.

a matrix is the space that something else grows in. (a foetus is held in the matrix of the womb, a plant grows in the matrix of the earth)

now imagine the petals of the flower of life as being the physical world and the spaces inbetween being the matrix; the realm of thought and imagination that determines what makes up reality.

pretty interesting, something to think about.

I want the floor of my house to be sand. I like twiddling my toes between sand, and I like picking up sand and letting it drop between my fingers. I want to plant trees in my house too.

 No.77

Not sure if this thread is private, if so- I'll remove my comment. If otherwise, then I shall proceed.

Having a house of floor sand would be really neat. Personally, I favor grass over sand, as I actually like the tickling sensation. Plus, you can bundle grass really good- well, so long as you had a gentle cover to throw over the collection.

Have you ever thought about living in a forest?

 No.106

Grass would be great to have inside, the problem with it thought is that you need to water it or you just get a house full of dirt

This is an official invitation from the United Boards for Freedom >>>/ubf/ to join our loose federation of freedom.

>What is the UBF?

The UBF is a loose confederation of boards centred around the concept of freedom from moderation.

>What is the purpose of the UBF?

The purpose of the UBF is two-fold. 1. To encourage posting on a UBF member board instead of their larger, no-fun-allowed counterpart for example posting on /vvv/ or /am/ instead of /v/ or /a/, and 2. to encourage the posting of related content between boards to encourage user interaction, increasing the number of UIDs and posts per hour on boards posting a 2nd Amendment thread on both /liberty/ and on /k/

Well /randomthoughts/, what do you think?

 No.103

>>102
/randomthoughts/ has a few rules of hotpockery, the first being the respecting of personal threads, the second being no constant spamming, the third requiring placing spoilers upon porn. Other than that, every anon is free to express themselves.

The only actual moderation which I will be undertaking will be helping thread creators keep their inclusive threads private, deleting cp and locking the board down during a raid.

 No.105

>>103
For /randomthoughts/ there is obviously a different "mechanic" in having private threads. Although this technically goes against the rules of the UBF, I think that in this case an exception can be made because it is part of how the board works and not simply a mod deleting content that they disagree with. I would very much welcome the inclusion of /randomthoughts/ in the UBF

What does /randomthoughts/ think about the zombie apocalypse?

Movies, real life, games, etc.

 No.80

Why do zombies eat flesh? Why is not just brains? I wonder how their evolution came about and where they first came from.

 No.81

Other things I wonder are: would there be a lot of mutations? Would we see dozens of differing kinds? I think so. After all, we're not dealing with some ordinary virus but a living mutation that reanimates someone previously dead. To be able to do so with all kinds of humans points towards its changing state.

 No.88

>>65
I think the conecept of zombies is pretty interesting, not truly creative, stories of different kinds of re-animation have been around for a long time, yet this one is the most popular one because I think it's one of the most believable ones, according to our current situation. As I've said, I really love the idea, but it is such a cliche these days. So many video games, films, various different products, depicting them in a very blant, seen-a-100-times type of way. I mean seriously, when was the last time you've seen zombies used creatively in let's say, a film, yet still keeping it scary and thrilling.

 No.96

>>88
yeah, I think in an era of pushing biological technology, the possibility of zombies are certainly a real possibility, albeit not the immortal, godlike creatures already void of dozens of liters of blood.

you've got a point on movies and shows. That being said, I think the walking dead is pretty good and so is Z Nation. The whole idea of "giving mercy" to infected and people near dying would be a pretty hardcore but very real social tradition that I think would arise from a z'pocalypse. I read the comics before TWD came out and its a shame that they didn't keep more real to the story of the books.

 No.97

I really wish there were more zombie movies with voodoo zombies like in the Serpent and the Rainbow. The infected zombie movie and video game thing has been overdone a bit, but I still like old romero movies.
