I'm so goddamn tired but I want to read! I yearn to read, to peer through the lens and see outside of the usual spectacle. The signs appear but the motion always differs.

Today, I am reading Max Stirner.

I'm reading Mein Kampf.

There are lots of nice books on >>>/pdfs/

 No.63

I tried to get into Stirner but couldn't, I feel starting with Hegel or at least to know the core of his philosophy is pretty much a prerequisite.

I second that >>>/pdfs/ is a good place.

As for me, I'm reading a few essays from David Foster Wallace.

 No.67

I would recommend going over to /lit/, the literature board.

I like both /pdfs/ and /lit/. Another really good one is >>>/freedu/

>>63

For me, it was something a bit opposite. I was studying naturalism and transcendentalism at the time, came across Hegel, and then learned about Stirner. I'm not strong on Hegel- he was too orthodoxy for me to get much into- and so I began an infatuation upon the Unique One.

>>>/philosophy/ and >>>/edu/ are good

>>>/doc/ is good for watching

The atmosphere upon >>>/philosophy/ is spectacular. The community self-moderates bait very well, there are no containment threads, and discussion is healthy, devoid of the typical shitposter. It feels pretty calm there. I have a few documentaries which I have upon me. I should dump some of them within /doc/ sometime.
