Technology can bring about the complete shifting of a political apparatus. On one hand, technology stands as an alternative current to monopolized interests. On the other hand, technology can ensure the dominance of a select grouping. Thus, technology is outside of normal categories of "good" or "evil". Technology is a tool, a product and a vehicle of expansion and retention. Its possession enables rising above inequity and the normalizing of commodity. On the flip side, its presence normalizes certain sociological approaches and sometimes makes minimizing people even easier.
