Good day everyone. After a short absence, I'm here to announce that I've added the two new rules. I've decided to leave the definition of what a "reaction image" is open, since it doesn't seem to be an issue yet.
I'm leaving this sticky up for two reasons: to discuss expanding how we can expand this board's membership (I don't think *this particular* community will be ruined by expansion) and to post more banners.
