Some members of Redlands Townhall and the Redlands Tea Party Patriots have called on city officials to keep Syrian and African refugees from resettling here.

They asked City Council members Tuesday what their plan will be if the city is asked to resettle some of the 85,000 refugees expected to come to the United States in 2016.

“Where will they be housed? How will their expenses be paid and by whom? And what will be done to ensure the safety of our community? Our biggest concern is the safety of our family, our children and our grandchildren,” Victoria Hargrave of Redlands Townhall said the council on Tuesday.

“The Obama administration would like to bring in 85,000 Syrian refugees into our country in the calendar year that just started on Oct. 1 and they have admitted that they have no database or source of information with which to vet these refugees,” she said. “There are primarily Sunni Muslims. Al-Qaida are Sunni Muslims whose culture and ideology are completely contrary to our Constitution.”

Intelligence officials and Republican lawmakers have expressed concerns that Islamic State militants could seek to slip into Europe or the U.S. posing as migrants.

Gun control advocates want to enact “universal background checks” for guns in response to the San Bernardino shooting, even though President Obama wasn’t performing stringent background checks on ISIS-linked “moderate rebels” he was arming in Syria.

The demand for more gun control is also strange considering that the shooting occurred in California, a state that already has some of the strongest gun laws in the nation, and the fact that Obama is letting “refugees” with terrorist ties into the country.

In fact, the president armed the Syrian opposition on Oct. 1, the same day Obama suggested the U.S. should start banning guns after the Umpqua Community College shooting.

“The approval came at a National Security Council meeting…,” CNN reported. “…The President also emphasized to his team that the U.S. would continue to support the Syrian opposition as Russia enters the war-torn country.”

Virtually all of the rebels in Syria have pledged allegiance to the Islamic State since at least 2013.

Syed Farook Wrote Of Spending His Free Time At Mosque And Memorizing The Quran

Syed Rizwan Farook was heavily involved in his local mosque and focused his energies on memorizing the Quran, he wrote in a short-lived dating profile in 2013.

“I spend much of my free time in the masjid,” Farook, then 28, wrote on his profile for the dating site, BestMuslim.com. He also enjoyed “memorizing the quran and learning more about the religion,” he added.

Farook and his wife, 27-year-old Tashfeen Hakim, killed 14 people at a holiday party being held for county workers at Inland Regional Center in San Bernardino, Cal. on Wednesday. Farook worked as a health inspector for the county and had been at the party before he and Hakim began their attack.

The couple was killed during a shootout with police later on Wednesday. They had four guns, investigators have said. And though authorities have not officially classified the attack as terrorism, more evidence is pointing in that direction.

Farook reportedly had contact with known terrorists in the Middle East. He has also traveled to the Middle East and to Pakistan multiple times. It has also been reported that Farook viewed ISIS propaganda online. Investigators found a heavy arsenal of guns, ammunition and pipe bombs at their house in Redlands, Cal.

Radical Islamic Indoctrination Of The Children Of America Has Begun!

While Christmas and Easter are removed from school calendars and children are suspended for wearing patriotic shirts, schools are forcing children to sing Islamic "fight songs" and create recruitment for ISIS propaganda posters…. America's children are being indoctrinated right in front of our very eyes.

Anyone that has been watching the news of late knows there is a storm brewing in American college universities across the country with free speech being attacked at every turn, but what is happening in those colleges originate from what these children are taught before they reach the age for college.

Not by their parents, but by the public school system and we are not talking about Common Core, that is an issue in and of itself.

Children are being radicalized by the public school system in the U.S. in a number of ways, but more importantly, before that radicalization can occur, schools must strip the the very foundation of everything parents have tried to teach them before entering the public school system.

For years systematic and radical changes in the nation's public schools, from a Seattle school renaming "Easter eggs" to "Spring Spheres" in 2011, to an Alabama school "modifying" Easter Eggs hunts to "academic egg hunt" citing "religious diversity" conflicts in 2013.

In 2014, a Maryland school district removed Christmas, Easter, Yom Kippur and Rosh Hashanah from its 2015 calendar because the Muslim community demanded Eid al-Adha be added to the calendar.

It is not only religious holidays under attack but American patriotism as well as we see a Oregon 8th grader "faced discipline" in October 2015 for daring to wear a shirt that honored his older brother – a U.S. Marine and an Iraq veteran.

Alan Holmes' shirt included the image of a gun, which school leaders said is not allowed.

Obama Threatens Executive Action On Gun Control AS PREDICTED

President Obama has once again threatened to use executive action to ensure that background checks become mandatory on all gun sales. However, the White House has admitted such a law would have done nothing to prevent this week’s San Bernardino shooting.

As several gun control measures proposed by Democrats were shot down in the Senate yesterday, the White House continues to look to a possible executive order that would change the meaning of the existing law to force all gun sales, even private ones, to go through the background check system.

It is unclear how this would be enforced.

Currently, it is estimated that upwards of 40% of guns that change hands, do so without background checks. Many are not even sales.

In addition, the majority of mass shooters in recent years all actually PASSED background checks.

The shooters at Virginia Tech, the Aurora Colorado movie theater, Fort Hood, Isla Vista, the Washington Navy Yard, the attempted mass killing at Arapahoe High School ALL passed background checks.

The shooter at Washington Navy Yard even managed to buy his firearm after the background check system was supposedly strengthened following the incident at Virgina Tech.

The BATF has determined that Syed Rizwan Farook, one of the two shooters in San Bernardino, also legally purchased two of the weapons at a gun shop in Corona. Two others were legally purchased and given to him by a friend, federal officials said Thursday.

When asked Thursday if he believed that Obama’s proposed executive action on background checks would have prevented the massacre, White House press secretary Josh Earnest said, “Of course not.”
