>>2035You have a lot of rules, so I'll throw a couple titles at you and tell you which rules they make and break:
>Psycho PassThis one fits all of your criteria perfectly with the exception of monologues. Don't worry though, it's more like a book discussion club, you'll see. Psycho Pass takes place in a dystopian future around a police investigative unit. 22 episodes followed by a 12 episode season two, (which wasn't as good) we're also still waiting on a movie which was announced last summer.
>ShirobakoShirobako is still airing, we're currently 15 episodes deep into a 24 episode show. It's about a production assistant working in the animation industry. The characters are believable and the premise is unique. At first I expected it to be a meta-comedy, but it's proven to be much more of a day-in-the-life SoL type show. Don't expect too much action or conflict, it's not that type of show.
>Ookami to KoushinryouAlso known as "spice and wolf" this show fits your criteria well too. It's set in the late middle ages in Europe. The character interaction is terrific in this show, even better than monogatari (you aren't clear as to whether you've actually seen it.) The main heroine is a wolf-goddess, so she has ears and a tail: don't let this turn you off to the show. It's probably more romance than you want, but it's a terrific show. It's two seasons of 13 episodes.
>HyoukaIt's a show about four kids who solve various mysteries. It is high school, so you might want avoid it, but this is a truly beautiful show. Promise me you'll give it a couple episodes, if you find it boring than drop it and wait to grow out of ADHD.
If you have any questions, let me know.
