Anyway, someone recommended No Game No Life to me. I finished the first season and liked it quite a bit. However, something caught me completely off guard: The little 11 year old sister. The panty shots and sexual innuendo revved up my perv side more than I could have ever imagined.

That should be a good start for right now. Most harem comedies have at least a token loli in them as well, but Seikon no Qwaser has one of the more interesting characters of that type. Ichigo Mashimaro, Ikoku Meiro no Croisée, Oda Nobuna no Yabou, and Papa no Iu Koto o Kikinasai would also be worth checking out in order to obtain the full lolicon experience.

Also, considering that you said you don't have much experience with anime, I should mention to make sure you get BD rips for ecchi stuff, or of course DVD ones if it's an older title. The TV broadcasts are almost always censored to hell and back.
