Berserk
Vinland Saga
Uzumaki, Gyo & other ito stuff
OPM
and stuff like dragonball and bleach when I was younger

I don't really know how well known it is, but goddamn is it ever good.

Technically a seinen series, it's a wonderfully written little slice-of-life that really gets you invested with the characters. And even if you don't normally like that kind of manga I would give it a chance at least, you might find it quite the enjoyable read.
