Anyone knows where do you go if you're looking for some obscure, unsubbed anime?

I've been looking for pic related, and I can only find the butchered movie version on Nyaa. Someone used to upload the whole series on Nico, but they already got taken down by the copyright owner (and they don't even bother to release it on DVD, those bastards)

Went to some Chinese sites and there's the whole series, but they're all in Chinese dub.

I just hope the dude who uploaded it to Nico bothered to put them somewhere else.
