Do i watch Psycho Pass season 1 episode 1 to 22 or is the extended version the same thing crammed in less episodes with more stuff added to them? Or is it just a bunch of recap episodes?

There is some new footage but it's largely pointless, it doesn't really matter much which version you go for unless you're a completionist.
