There's this manga I've been looking for. I heard the description, but I can't remember the name or anything about it.

There's this lizard guy, he's like a mage or something, but the setting is kind of steampunk. He's going around finding people of some kind, they're mages or something, and he's putting them in his mouth. There's some other person inside him he wants them to talk to, then he pulls them out and asks them what the person inside said.

Anyone know what I'm talking about?
