I think I've seen a webm of it posted on 8ch at one point, featuring the two getting in to a dispute in a grocery store and then taking her for ice cream to cheer her up.

No, to clarify the show I'm looking for is about a wife and a husband, the wife is a neet. A clip I've seen of it is what I described in the OP:
