Is there any anime out there like Planetes? I really enjoyed it and am watching it over and over. Is there any other anime like it about near future space and astronaughts and space stuff like Planetes?

Also, have the people behind Planetes done anything else?

Well the guy who wrote Planetes also wrote vinland saga which I would recommend (personally till the end of farmland saga, but others still enjoy it).

You can also easily check for other works by the studio, director etc... through google.

Memories has a very similar setting, but it takes a turn for sci-fi at the end.
