Subbed on english or spanish would be great, and if you can download it via torrent or from MEGA would be much better.

I see that there are a few download pages at the top of the page. But the one with mangas doesn't allow downloads. But it's something, I guess.

If you want to read ongoing mangas, I don't know what others recommend, but I use bato.to and kissmanga ( along with batotocrawler https://github.com/klaxa/batotocrawler simply because I prefer to have my manga stored offline ).

If you really want to download the manga, you can use the program I said above, it's terminal based but very simple. I'm sure there's an alternative somewhere for windows, but I don't know it.

There is manga on nyaa too.

For anime there is nothing better than nyaa and bakabt, maybe animebytes only but you need an account.
