Read one-shots. Most harem manga start as a one-shot that have a single heroine, and more often than not she is a tsundere.

Nisekoi and Kami nomi zo Shiru Sekai one-shots are pretty good examples of this.

I just finished reading the manga. She's in a coma and Tatsumi promised to marry her after the war is over. She might survive considering how comas work in fiction.
