Does anyone know where I could find the Hellsing OVA english dub on the web to watch or download?I google the anime and find noting but fagamation legal verbage blocking me or the ultimate animoo series substituted in its place.There are no links,

There are no links, downloads, torrents, or raw files for the taking. It's like CISPA totally scrubbed my favorite anime from the net.

If any of you know where I'd find it, please post.

I'm not sure what exactly you're looking for. Psalm of Darkness and The Dawn are DVD specials, Ultimate itself is an OVA, I'm not aware of anything else. The two specials are available on Animebytes but subbed only, no English dub. Ultimate is there with dual audio.
