Yeah I don't know. I have a shitton of stuff I could recommend and this is just a very small selection and I'm already starting to feel bad for leaving out the rest so I'm stopping myself here.

Full Metal Panic and FMP Fumoffu.

Cowboy Bebop.

Abenobashi Mahou Shoutengai.

Desert Punk (English Dub is, for a change, superior. Honest.)

Photon OVA.

Hellsing Ultimate (although that one also has a lot of violence, but it's stylish, so it's awwwright. )

Full Metal Alchemist Brotherhood, although the comedy is on a lower priority there.
