Where can I get extra small releases of anime? I mean something centralized like nyaa. I can barely find those on file sharing forums but only newest releases anything year older and im out of luck

I'm going through torrents but every release is 10+ gigs,

I really cant download those since my download speed suck and I have data cap on top of that

[HorribleSubs] does 480p releases along with 720p and 1080p.

It seems like your only option is to go full autism and find the shitiest streaming site there is where the files are like 70MB.

You can do this, youtube-dl (the software) works with most stream sites, even h-anime ones. Also, for complete anime, bakabt occasionally has 480p, worth checking out.

yeah seems streams are my only choice, too bad they seem to close them down so quickly, also do you know if xdcc use to have 480p releases?

torrents are out of question since my upload is fraction of my already bad download so it would take ages to get ratio
