Doesn't have to be a brother-sister romance, but if it's like Oreimo it gets a lot of plus points.

Read Angel Sanctuary for starters, and don't bother with its anime adaptation until you read the whole manga.

Watch Koi Kaze for a serious approach.

Watch Yosuga no Sora for the ecchi. Not all episodes are dedicated to the siscon, but you'd better watch the entire thing.

Watch Boku wa Imouto ni Koi wo Suru for shoujo drama.
