Hey I'm trying to find an anime I saw a clip of (didn't get a pic)
A car that's had its breaks cut is about to run into two little kids when a chick stops the car with her bare hands right before the car hits the kids but while she's stopping the car she snaps the kids necks. I think after she stops the car and realizes she hurts the kids she says something to the effect of "I don't want this power anymore"
It looked pretty recent and the way it was being talked about made it seem like its a simulcast, any help would be great.
