Are Macross 7 and Zero any good? I really loved SDF and Plus, and I liked Frontier, so should I give these two a watch?

Zero sucks in general.

Macross 7 re-uses a lot of animation, and you will be forced to LISTEN TO MY SONG every episode, which makes majority of viewers hate the show by the end.
