Depends on her powerlevel. There was a girl I knew that was really into moe and cute love stories, but most of the other girls liked shounenshit like Naruto or Fairy Tail or yaoi shit. Find out what kind of anime she likes and pick something of that genre I guess.

Are you going for the same girl I did anon? Protip:she acts nice to everyone, take that as you will.

Maybe try watching another KyoAni show with her if she likes/knows about the studio, but it might be a double edged sword if you pick the wrong series. She might have liked Clannad for:

1)Romance

2)Comedy

3)Drama

4)Moe

The 4th one is not as common as the other ones, so maybe you should watch Ore Monogatari like >>5847 mentioned since it has the other traits.

Sorry anon, but Ore Monogatari is boring, specially the second half of the season.

I'd recommend;

-Gekkan Shoujo (comedy romance and moe)

and a few classics:

-Steins;Gate (drama comedy romance and moe)

-Fullmetal Alchemist Brotherhood (drama comedy romance and moe)

But I really don't know what grills like, I don't know if she's girly or not.
