Part 1 is basically british Hokuto No Ken.
Part 2 is more easy going,as the main character is a loveable idiot
Part 3s main character is anime highschool Clint Eastwood
Part 4 is a group of high school kids with cool powers trying to stop a serial killer that looks like David Bowie with references to Queen everywhere
Part 5 is the mafia part and also the most wtf part
Part 6 is FEELS part
Part 7 is Jesus and AMerican Presidents and also feels part
Part 8 is pretty weird so far.

After part 3 the artist,Araki,stops drawing his characters as gigantic muscular dudes and goes by somewhat normal proportions.
However, the series only keeps getting better with each installment
