there are quite a few that look human in the bible. Many times they look like them. The wing part is more difficult. There are many that do, but I am confident in my next statement. Due to the angelic host being able to change their image at will or project it into your mind, what they look like is of little importance.

While there are certainly angels that look like humans with wings, the more elaborate angels (thrones, dominions, seraphim, etc) are pushed to the wayside.

Sad, really. I'm quite fond of the depictions of the angelic hosts.
